Das VISUAL VISIONS SYSTEM ist ein modulares Visualisierungssystem mit der Möglichkeit zur Ansteuerung von Standard TFT Monitoren und klassischen LED Großanzeigen. Das System ist PC basierend. Zur Eingabe/Ausgabe und Konfiguration dient eine webbasierte Anwendung. Eine Anbindung zu einem Produktions- und Steuerungssystem (PPS) kann auf der Ebene Dateiexport durch PPS in ein XML-Format oder lesender Datenbankzugriff auf PPS-Tabellen erfolgen. Falls kein PPS-System als Datenquelle zur Verfügung steht, können SPS-Daten oder einfache Sensorsignale und Zählimpulse als Eingangsdaten dienen. Es stehen die verschiedensten Norm-Schnittstellen zur Verfügung. Das System ist modular erweiterungsfähig. Eine zusätzliche PC-Software ermöglicht auch Langzeitauswertungen und die Darstellung von Tages- oder Monatsberichten. Des Weiteren können die Daten über das WEB einem räumlich erweiterten Kreis zugänglich gemacht werden.
